Passed away peacefully. Owner of Tanline of Richfield. 1963 Graduate of Park High School. 1968 Graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Civil Engineering. 1968 – 1972 US Army.
Preceded in death by his mother Lorraine Dick of Newport.
Survived by father Omer; brothers Ray (Mary Jo), Toby (Jean) and Ken (Christi); 3 nieces; 3 nephews; stepson Jeff Schmidt; many cousins and friends.
A Celebration of Richard’s Life will be held on May 3, 2010 by invitation.
