Hoglund, Sandra Jean Loving & Proud Mom & Grandma 25 Yr. Univ. of St. Thomas Employee Age 68 of St. Paul passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at the Pillars of Oakdale. She is survived by her daughters, Julie LaDoucer, Wendy (Bo) Spanyard and Tina (David) Laes; and five grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents; sister, Kay Huot; and son-in-law William C. LaDoucer. Private Family services.
