Alva Knodt Obituary

Alva Jeannette Knodt, age 99, of Oak Park Heights, passed away November 8, 2017. Preceded in death by six siblings, husband Cloy, and two sons Charles and Daryl Brooks. Survived by brother Nels Carlson and his spouse LaVerne, and sister Lois Carlson; daughter Christine Knodt and son-in-law Robert Knapp, and daughter-in-law Deborah Knodt; grandchildren Shawn Knodt and spouse Elaine, Jennifer Loeffler and spouse David, and Stephen Knodt and spouse Nisa; great grandchildren Brooks Loeffler and Sylvia and Wyatt Knodt; and many friends at Boutwells Landing in Oak Parks Heights and within the PEO Sisterhood. Funeral service Saturday 11 AM wit hvisitation one hour prior all at Boutwells Landing Swanson Memorial Chapel. Interment Monday 10 AM at Lakewood Cemetery in Minneapolis. Memorials to PEO International or Presbyterian Homes.
