Floyd "Herb" Carlson Obituary

Loving Husband Dad and grandpa Age 82 of Stillwater, died Sunday, June 9, 2013. Herb graduated from Johnson High School and the University of Minnesota. He served as an MP in the U.S. Army. He was a thirty five year employee of Northwestern Bell and also served as President of Seven Seas, Inc. Survived by loving wife Betty; children Susan (Jay) Allery, James (Angie) Carlson, Kathy Carlson, Nancy (Scott) Strand, and Thomas Carlson; grandchildren: Lance (Ashley) Allery, Cole Allery, Erika Allery, Derrick Carlson, Cassandra Welage, Nathan Strand and Makenzie Strand; great grandchildren: Sophia and Andre' Allery; brother John (Linda) Carlson of Marquette MI; also survived by many additional family members and friends. Funeral Services will be 11a.m., Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at Simonet Funeral Home, 6429 Osgood Ave. N., Stillwater, MN 55082. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service.
