Arnold Rondeau

Arnold "Arnie" Rondeau, age 93 of Bayport, MN, passed away on December 8, 2024. He was born on February 5, 1931 in Somerset, WI to Theodore and Mary (Beauvais) Rondeau. He grew up helping on the family farm and enlisted in the National Guard where he served for three years. Arnie married the love of his life; Elizabeth "Betty" Hazelton on June 7,1952 and they settled in Bayport and raised their family. He worked at Andersen Windows for 39 years and retired as an inspector. Arnie enjoyed gardening, woodworking, fishing, camping, bowling and spending time with his family.

Arnie will remain in the hearts of his children Dan (Mary), Larry (Marnie), Karen Buckley, Jeff (Jane), Annette Bamberg, Michelle (Jim) Sachs, Colleen (Mark) Dahlke and Tim (Cindy); 24 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife Betty (12/3/2023); son Brad; son-in-law John Buckley; his parents, and his eight siblings.

A gathering of family and friends to celebrate the lives of Arnie and Betty Rondeau will be held from 1:00-4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at the Lakeside Park Beach House building, 95 Central Ave., Bayport, MN.
