Beverly Schultz

March 25, 1938 — June 15, 2025

Beverly Helen (Carlson) Schultz, age 87 of Bayport, died on Sunday, June 15, 2025, while under hospice care. Beverly grew up on a farm in Mahtomedi. She graduated from Mahtomedi High and married Al Schultz in 1956. They settled in Bayport. Throughout the years she worked as a waitress, school bus driver, and at Croixdale Care Center. She was a long time Girl Scout leader and served two terms as the Mayor of Bayport. Bev loved the outdoors. Her hobbies were backpacking, camping, and spending time at their cabin in Wisconsin. Preceding her in death was her husband, Al. She is survived by her four children. Debbie Dillard of Proctor, Charlie (Marcia Anderson) of Lake Elmo, Toni Kotz (Pete) of Rocky River, Ohio, and Andy (Kelly) of Grant. Bev is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 19, 2025, visitation one hour prior to the Mass all at St. Charles Catholic Church, 409 N. Third St., Bayport, MN 55003. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the St. Croix Health Center, 1445 4th St. in New Richmond. They provided loving care in Bev's final days.
