Dzintra "Dizzy" Flynn passed away peacefully October 24, 2025.
Dzintra was born in Latvia on April 7, 1941. She is preceded in death by her husband Roman; parents Victors and Helena Akmentins; and siblings Rita Taylor and Johnny Akmentins. Dzintra will remain in the hearts of her children Candice Frank and Troy Frank (wife Teresa); grandchildren Jacob and Brandon; and other loving relatives and friends.
A private memorial service will be held.
