Eileen Mary Brinkman

Eileen M. Brinkman, age 83, a lifelong resident of Bayport, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 2, 2015. Eileen is survived by her daughters, Kristine Strasburg, Colleen (Dwayne) Kuhns, and Amy Christensen; grandchildren, Katie (Mike), Matt, Brad (Sarah), Jamie (Scott), Mitch, and Maddie; great-grandchildren, Samuel and Norah; brothers Donald (Loretta) and William (Faye) Wilmes. Eileen was preceded in death by her husband Thomas; parents Peter and Lena Wilmes; brother Richard Wilmes; and son-in-law, Eric Christensen. A special thanks to the staff at Lakeview Hospital, The Gathering at Boutwell’s Landing, and Croixdale in Bayport. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Simonet Funeral Home, 6429 Osgood Avenue N., Stillwater, MN 55082. Private family burial.
