Joan L. O'Neal, age 75 of Woodbury, formerly of Oakdale, passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2022. Survived by her son, Daniel (Jessica); grandchildren Trent, Tyler, and Dana; great-grandchildren, Alyson, Bella, and Jasper; sister, Judy. Preceded in death by her husband, Eugene J. O'Neal. Service will be held at 11:30 am on Thursday, December 22, 2022 with visitation one hour prior at Simonet Funeral Home, 6429 Osgood Ave N, Stillwater, MN 55082. Burial at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
