Marguerite Sonju

Marguerite "Marge" Sonju, age 80, of Baytown Township, slipped away peacefully on March 20, 2025, at Lakeview Hospital in Stillwater, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents, Peter and Hattie, and siblings Tom, Pat, Joe, Carolyn, and Bill.

Marge was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was a principal's secretary at Oakland Jr. High for 35 years and was known for her kindness, generosity, and dedication to family, friends, and community.

Marge leaves behind her son, James (Heidi) Sonju and grandchildren, Brock, Cal, Emma (Dan) Jech, Josh and Elli Collins and great grandchild Taya Jech, and siblings, Pete (Marilyn) Miller and Mary Anne Buege.

A service to celebrate Marge's life will be held at 11 AM on Monday, March 31, 2025 with visitation one hour prior all at Simonet Funeral Home, 6429 Osgood Ave. N., Stillwater, MN.
