Mark Warren Tuenge

Mark Warren "Speedy" Tuenge, age 80, passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2026.

Mark was born in Stillwater, Minnesota, and proudly called the area home throughout his life. Surrounded by family, longtime friends, and community, he was the proud owner of the Millroad Inn in Oak Park Heights, where he was a familiar presence to many.

Golf was a longtime passion of Mark's, and he was a member of the New Richmond Golf Club for more than 30 years. He also enjoyed tending to his garden, meeting friends for coffee, cheering on the Minnesota Vikings and Gophers football teams, listening to live music, and watching golf. He will be lovingly remembered and missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Warren and Kathleen Tuenge.

He is survived by his children, Tucker Tuenge, Punche Tuenge (Laura), Marnie Tuenge, and Kelsie Treichel (Robert); grandchildren, Ava, Kira, Levi, Hank, Eleanor, and Olive; siblings, Rochelle Nordstrom (Thomas) and Zane Tuenge (Kathy); as well as extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Mark's Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 16, 2026, at Simonet Funeral Home in Stillwater, with visitation one hour prior. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
