Mary Stifter

Mary Anne Stifter, age 91, of Stillwater, passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2026. Mary is survived by her husband, Eugene; children, Theresa Stewart, Frank (Barbara Hansen) Stifter, Barbara Hall, Tony Stifter, John Stifter, and Kevin (Keri) Stifter; 14 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; siblings, Jack Stone, Judith Stone, and Margaret Bardot. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ivan and Esther (Heagle) Stone; siblings, Terry Stone, Thomas Stone, and Kathy Jutz. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m., on Friday, October 30, 2026, with visitation one hour prior to the Mass all at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 423 S. 5th St., Stillwater, MN 55082. Burial will be at the St. Michael's Cemetery in Bayport.
